Fix Sky News geo-block note, add KNSJ + CFMU stations

Sky News HLS is geo-blocked outside UK/EU (CDN returns 403 from
North America) — not an mpv bug. Added KNSJ 89.1 (Pacifica San Diego)
and CFMU 93.3 (McMaster University).

Add mpv config with EBU R128 loudness normalization
...
Adds config/mpv.conf with af=loudnorm filter for consistent volume
across radio stations. No more manual volume adjustment when switching.

Tag suffixes (pacifica, cbc, dr, news, msm, pubradio, talk, campus,
music, euro, ontario, somafm, rp, ambient) enable pyradio search (/)
as category filter. Aligned dashes vertically for clean list display.
