i47i 03bb36ec71 Add mpv config with EBU R128 loudness normalization 
Adds config/mpv.conf with af=loudnorm filter for consistent volume
across radio stations. No more manual volume adjustment when switching.

Added Monocle 24 (London) internet radio stream.

Tag suffixes (pacifica, cbc, dr, news, msm, pubradio, talk, campus,
music, euro, ontario, somafm, rp, ambient) enable pyradio search (/)
as category filter. Aligned dashes vertically for clean list display.
